I would like it to be just an executable that they click on and I'm connected. I'm looking for an alternative to Teamviewer, I would prefer a free opensource alternative but doesn't have to be.
I have been told to use UltraViewer, would you guys recommend it? Has anyone else used it?. So (also we are a non-profit, though it seems like most of these companies don't really give discounts) what is the software that has the closest to the ease of use and functionality of TeamViewer?
